Bird Dog Construction offers complete home renovation services. From minor upgrades to major renovations and additions, we manage every aspect of the project to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We work closely with designers and Architects to develop your design and produced engineered and stamped construction documents to build from. We are licensed in Denver and the surrounding metro area so we can apply for and procure permits for any project.

• Some people know exactly what they want and we can take your plans and execute them to match your vision.
• Some people don’t know where to start and this is where we can really help. We collaborate with a team of interior designers, architects, flooring and cabinet designers. We really like this approach where we work as a team to discover what you like and don’t like and show you the possibilities. I like to be involved in this process to give my input on constructability and cost so that you can make informed decisions.
• Once a design and scope of work is established, we will put a budget estimate together so that you know all the cost and timeframe before we get started.
• If a permit is required we make the submission and procure the permit.
• We will get all subcontractors on board and start procuring all long lead items to avoid schedule delays.
• We will be present for all required building inspections.
• We will accept and verify all material deliveries.
• We will manage a safe, clean and organized project.
• We are continually doing quality control checks and will make corrections as we find them to avoid rework down the line.
• As we are finishing the project, we will do an internal punch list and make corrections. We then do a final punch walk with you to make sure you are satisfied.
• We close out all permits.
• We will do a final clean so all you have to do is move into your new space.
