With our design software from Houzz we are able to create layout drawings and give you various options to choose from.
Using Apple's innovative Room Plan API with LiDAR technology and Houzz Pro's immersive 3D Floor Planner we are able to create accurate floor plans. We can visually show you what your new design will look like against the backdrop of your existing space. When producing the layout drawings we can add furniture, flooring, millwork, and even gym equipment and give you a virtual 3D "Bird Dog View" to help you visualize the space. We can produce construction drawings suitable for building permit review, saving you thousands of dollars in Architectural fees.
